Your comments
Hi Alexander,
Sorry to hear that, can you include all the details as requested in this topic: How to: Submit a Bug Ticket
Can you also confirm you tried both rendering modes. In addition can you clarify for me how the lag is presenting itself, is the cursor itself moving slower or unusually or is it a delay between click and action?
As an extra step you can also try increasing the CPU Priority on Coherent UI's process.
In addition please can you review this knowledge base article?
See if the workaround has any result for you. OS X Crash on Startup (v1.4.0+)
Hi Nicco,
We've just rolled out a special hotfix for 32-bit Windows. Can you give that a try and let us know if it resolves your issue?
Hi Ali,
I've seperated your comment out into it's own topic. We're currently operating on the assumption that the issue affecting OS X is different from that of the Windows Issue. However if we find a link then I'll merge it back together.
Here's my previous comment:
Hi Ali,
Please can you read this article: How to: Submit a Bug Ticket I'll be needing a little bit extra info from you:
- What exactly happens with your crash, when do you experience the crash and at what stage in the loading process (They may be unrelated)
- Can you check to see if an Output log has been generated, this would help us greatly.
- Have you attempted the troubleshooting steps listed here:
- Startup Crashes
- General Crash Troubleshooting
- Note that not all will apply to you as some are Windows specific (Sorry we're not OS X wizards I'm afraid) but please ensure you've at least tried to reinstall WFTO completely
Hi Nicco,
Thanks for getting in touch I'd like to gather some more information from you so we can look into this issue.
Can you confirm for me the following:
- You have attempted both:
- General Crash Troubleshooting
- Startup Crashes
- Particularly that you have attempted to reinstall the game and it's dependencies separately
- At what stage does the crash occur, I'm assuming that it's between the splash and the game loading so you never see a loading screen.
- Whether or not an Output Log is generated
Hi Maaseb2,
Unfortunately there's nothing much more telling on the crash from the log. It pretty much sticks to what I said before in that it suggests for some reason the game couldn't assign memory. But we're none the wiser as to why.
I attempted to replicate the conditions you described but I couldn't get a crash to occur.
For now I'm going to close the report down but if you do suffer from a similar crash again please let us know and we'll look into that. We also just released v1.4.2f5 hotfix which may or may not help (due to a new Unity version)
Cheers,
Lee

Hi Kamil,
Just double-checking but have you tried the suggestions in this article? Unable to click game objects / tag tiles
It sounds as thought your issue has changed from not having a UI to not being able to click through to objects and tiles in-game?
Very dissapointing. We're back to waiting on Unity I'm afraid. I'll have our code lead try and pressure them some more. Really sorry that this has continued for so long guys :(
