This happened to me on mission 3 of HoG campaign. My savegame. On the west edge of the map there is a prison with a huntress that I can not pick up but I can hit her with lightning. To the east of it there is another prison with a templar that I can't pick up.

You mean you can't reproduce it? This happens after you load any savegame from HoG mission 2.
