I cant start the game properly

Hello,

i just bought the game it starts on Win7 comp mode - not on my regualr Win10,

but  after the loadingscreen hits 50% it just closes the game :( .

 would need some advise thank you already.  <3

Sorry to see that the game wasn't fixed. Could you please link the output_log so I can investigate further?
