Just purchased the game a week ago, started this level yesterday. I see the same behavior. I have also seen this on other levels on units turned with Blood Money and that were in Statue form during a save and load. I also see this on units that are in a KO state during a save and load.

Exactly. Still exists in 1.6.3.
