So the needs on the map are offset making unit unable to reach them. I fixed the map, but it won't be available on a saved game.

So I found a different problem in your save file, and I fixed it internally ^_^ So it will be available in next patch. Again thanks for the save file =)

I can't replicate, but I added some safe checks that should help = ) If it happens again, a log file would help a lot (and a save file even more ^^)
