i am also unsure if that is even feasible, output logs (our engine) are generated by unity not war for the overworld.

This is a pretty old issue,

we increased the waiting time quite a bit to fix this issue.

This is most likely a combination of a lower end rig paired with a gigantic full map.

i can reproduce the issue although the result looks a bit differently, it still look pretty broken.

the issues started to appear as soon as i used a mapsize that is not square, i would recommend using the size provided by the users screenshot

The social media links are not an indicator if you are online, your steam status is. If you click on the top left "steam" button in steam and the second option is either "go online" or "go offline" if its the latter you are indeed online

you only need the achievement that you beat the level nothing else to progress.

could you try a clean install of the game? Please delete all War for the Overworld related content here:

X:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common

AFTER you deleted the game on steam.

if nothing of this helps come back to me please, also please attach an Output log you can find in your War for the Overworld installation directory most likely
