I tried to replicate it as well but wasn't able to reproduce. It occurred on a 126x126 map and I am wondering if that had any influence.

Go to the north-west empire layout. There is an inhibitor in the corner. The doors before it are 3 width, locked and have ai disabled. They don't have lock symbols on them.

I posted my output log and save file there.

Loaded the map; went to map settings; it is set to legacy; clicked that and changed to MPD; says there are errors/missing objects; I delete the toybox/gateway and resize the toybox to 5x5, then put toybox/gateway back in; I delete player1 heart and put back in; I delete some other empire props and put back in; export/test = "errors in map"; save+quit; load map again; it is set back to legacy.
I was using 3 width doors and 5 width doors for empire. I'll post the save when I get home.
I know, I was joking :P
Do you mind commenting if you can use godmode on an official map to unlock progress towards the achievement? (I posted a guide on the steam guides with some info you are inclined to read my strategies)
