Yeah DX12 is unstable unfortunately, which is why is it not the default.

The key issue here is that the main thread is bottlenecking everything. We're working on performance improvements at the moment

Thanks a lot. Just FYI unfortunately this sort of thing won't be resolved quickly as it may not even be something we ourselves can fix.

The only suggestion I could give you is to try adding -force-d3d12  as a launch argument in the game settings in Steam. This will force the game to launch in DX12 instead of 11, and maybe it'll avoid the crashes. But its a complete guess.

Hey thanks for the logs. Sadly the crash appears to be in Unity (our game engine) somewhere. But maybe the crash dump can help further. Could you try uploading it to https://filebin.net/ or similar and providing the link?

Thanks

Thanks for the report and for running some additional tests - This is super useful information.

Could you take a look at how much space the save data is taking up on your PS5 and report back? We're wondering if it has hit some limit and its failing to actually write the save itself.

If you don't know how, I think its under Settings > Saved Data and Game/App Settings.

Do you have vsync turned on in-game? If you have it on, and you have triple buffering on in, for example, GeForce Experience you will definitely find that there is increased input lag. This is a trade off for smoother frames.
