How to: Force Windowed Borderless Fullscreen Mode

By default WFTO runs in exclusive fullscreen mode, to use borderless do the following 

1. Right click the game in your steam library and go to properties
2. Click "Set launch options"
3. Copy -window-mode borderless into this box and click OK
