Missing content after moving from Windows to Linux with fresh install and cloud save.

My game is missing some worker skins and dungeon skins after moving to linux.

Note:Only having Arcane worker skin and Sovereign dungeon skin. But for both I have unlocked the theme and the worker. Also all the themes seen in picture 1 and 2 are the only selectable ones.
