Not a bug

Hi all,


Playing the last level of the heart of gold expansion and i simply had to just quite because the lag is too severe. I have a gaming laptop so don't think the issue is my hardware. Is this a known issue and is there any suggested fix/ETA for patch to fix?

My post should have been moved to the correct section if it was posted in the wrong section. Referring people to the generic knowledgbase is the worst customer support experience ever.

Sorry to hear about the issues you're facing in Heart of Gold. Unfortunately this service is only for general support regarding our various other services such as forums, discord etc.

For reports for WFTO we need more information and you can drop by our bug tracker to give us that! Be sure to read the knowledgebase articles on what information we require in bug reports.

Sorry if the support has left you dissatisfied and I understand your frustration. Unfortunately as the General Help & Support system and the War for the Overworld bug tracker are separate databases it is not possible to move a ticket from one to the other.


User Echo is a Third Party system and our ability to tweak it to exact requirements is limited.


In order to best assist you we need the information as outlined in the "How to Submit a Bug Ticket" (https://brightrockgames.userecho.com/topics/118-how-to-submit-a-bug-ticket/) thread of the Knowledge Base hence why I directed you there.
