Tavern walls in the empire themes have an odd blue tinge to them. This does not seem intentional, since the wooden paneling does not match the pillars or the kegs.

I can confirm this on the tavern lair and slaughter pen on walls that are reinforced
Confirmed, regular Empire theme causes this as well.

The lair shows this as well in its pillars. This is again with the dwarven theme. I will try with the empire theme to make sure it's not just the dwarfs who color their wood weirdly.
In both screenshots, the theme used is the Dwarven theme. The first screenshot is 'ingame', with me as an emerald dwarven underlord. The second screenshot is in the map editor, looking at an imperial dwarven dungeon I had built.
Had this issue during a HOG level after loading a save.
Tagging and then untagging reverted the colour to normal.
Hi Terrakul, which themes were you using for both of those screenshots?
Update: Further evidence that the tavern is somehow off-color: https://steamuserimages-a.akamaihd.net/ugc/809928961041428854/3AFDA1D06D6A64BFB9181F99096F8D4280AADC09/
